Indigenous Resource "Putting indigenous Communities in the Picture" is a hard-hitting and confronting resource which forces the Indigenous Community to seriously consider and hopfully address issues that are dealt with on a daily basis. The evidence based resource was filmed with the intent to related particularly to the Indigenous Community and target nationwide problems in a cultural specific way.   The knowledge this program imparts will enhance the Indigenous Community's ability to make better split second decisions and to hold themselves responsible for their actions and accountable for the consequences those actions may incur from a legal perspective.   The interactive program will be incorporated into the current mainstream resource to provide a comprehensive tool for communities to use as a way of taking ownership of the current behaviour and becoming an integral part of the solution.    Adair has spent a lot of time working with the Woorabinda community perfecting the resource ensuring cultural specifity and relevance to the Indigenous Communities.   There will also be an Indigenous Communities section of the forum for anyone to start discussions, comment or provide feedback on the resource. The aim is to begin a dialogue, the more the resource is referred to and disucussed, the better chance there is of being able to distribute it across Queensland.
